Research On Risk Analysis And Prevention Of International Project Contracting

China's construction enterprises in response to the "going global" strategy and government "The Belt and Road" policy,many companies began turning to overseas markets,these enterprises focus mostly on the South American and African countries.But in the overseas market,China's construction enterprises under tremendous external and internal risks,many international project contracting halfway aborted,downtime or loss,bring huge losses to the enterprises and the country.This is also the original intention of this paper to analyze the risk of international project contracting,and discuss how to avoid and prevent such risks.This paper expounds the background and significance of the research,it introduced the characteristics of international project contracting and risk factors;and analysis the main features of international projects,the main risk factors affecting the operation of the project from the risk identification,risk assessment,risk assessment,risk decision,risk prevention of international project contracting risk management mode.The main risk of international project contracting is analyzed with the case study of the northern plain railway project in Venezuela.For example,political risk,economic risk,personnel risk,duration risk,etc..Using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of project implementation.To be better play the advantage of the opportunity to avoid the threat and risk.The expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze the main risk factors,and then the risk assessment and prevention are carried out by using the qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally summarizes the important risk factors and preventive measures.So that enterprises can better go out,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and more international,reduce unnecessary losses.It is hoped that the research will have some guiding significance for the implementation of the project as well as other international projects.
