Web-based Project Schedule Management Technology Research Program For Tian Run

As national economy moves far ahead,the number of construction projects does rise dramatically.But the question for the building construction unit today is regardless of a new project or not,has to be monitored and managed properly.Both the massive volume and various engineering construction will test the project construction and project management.The schedule management is important to a certain extent because it guarantees the accurate project delivery and strikes a better balance of corporate resources-human,physical,financial demand.However,as one of the three core contents of the construct project management,there are still some uncertainties in the course of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to use schedule control's scientific management so that reducing the construction period,potential risk and promoting the efficiency and cost savings as well due to the mismanagement of the work period.This paper is based on the network planning in construction as a research tool,focusing on the Tianrun international commercial office projects by combing the theory of modern project management with the project schedule management system to ensure the scheduled delivery for the protection of program.Overall,we prefer to start with the background and the related content of project schedule management.By the way,the content and methods about the network planning in construction will be proposed at the same time.Additionally,this document applies the network technology through selecting the Run-day international construction project as an example and breaks the WBS task down into three parts like the planning section and the construction link to confirm the scope and survey of the project and then determine the task in a logical sequence.That is,with the help of the optimization of the start time and the overall progress,the utilization of the critical chain method and the compression of the construction time on the basis of buffer time's proper setting in the project's implement and control,the author finally puts forward the concrete measures about specific schedule control from five aspects...
