Gas is an important energy and economic base for the country.Since into the twenty-first century,the state continued to increase support for the gas industry,various data show that the national gas consumption is increasing.Gas meter as the gas industry's most important measurement products,people's requirements for it are getting higher and higher,and it makes the emergence of intelligent gas meter has become an inevitable trend.With the development of computer technology,automation technology and communication technology,the gas industry has begun to use automated detection technology and information management concept.The company's current detection system for gas meter is relatively backward,such as the detection takes too long time,inserting the card and delay waiting for these items to waste a lot of time.The test results are not detailed enough,can only estimate wheteher the meter standby current is within a reasonable range,can only detect the meter off the screen current,but no bright screen current.Aiming to solve these problems,this paper designed a gas meter automatic meter detection system with STM32F103ZET6 as the core controller.The system and the meter are connected by the line,so that the system simulates all operating states of the gas meter to detect the meter.Check whether the function of the meter is normal.The system realizes the function of the meter and related technical indicators of automatic detection and detection of information management functions.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.First of all,according to the status quo and demand for analysis,to design a feasibility program,and then the overall system hardware and software planning and design.2.In the hardware system,for each test project to design the appropriate circuit diagram.For example,voltage control program designed for the voltage control module,the output voltage is between 2.5V and 6.0V accuracy to 0.02 V.The current detection module is designed for the power consumption of the meter,and the precision is 1 microamp.For the storage of process information and detection data,the FLASH module is designed to save all the data.The calendar circuit is designed for the time problem of the meter.The LWIP communication module is designed for data interaction with the server.3.In the software system,the upper computer software to achieve process configuration function;card operation program to achieve read and write card function;program-controlled voltage program achieve stepless adjustable voltage;The procedure is responsible for configuring metering,disconnection and magnetic interference.The procedure is responsible for configuring metering,disconnection and magnetic interference.The LWIP protocol is responsible for communicating with the server.4.The whole machine test result shows that the expected effect is basically realized,and the function and performance basically meet the requirements.At last,summary the whole paper,and puts forward some prospects for further research.
