| The automatic detection system of gas meter valve parameters is adevicecapable of electrical parameters and valve movement stroke gas meter motor valve accurately and high-efficiency. It’s suitable for large-scale production line testing to provide a reliable basis for the optimization of product design, quality control products for the factory, and important implications for overall quality of the gas meter and reliable operation. There is not enough detection domestic and the efficiency is generally low. Based on National Instruments developed lab-view graphical programming platform, this paper developed a device can detect a variety of models and efficient completion of the gas meter valve motor parameter measurement.In this paper, based on the principles and technical requirements for devices to detect the overall program design, set up by the industrial computer hardware systems, data acquisition card, camera and the corresponding circuit composed and completed the design of the software system devices according to the program. The basic parameters of the device can switch valve valve motor current, resistance and valve stroke and other sports were detected by the IPC data processing, computing and saved, greatly improves the detection efficiency, overcome and eliminate the human factor in the detection in rats. Tooling design enables multiple detection device can detect various types of valves; equipped with A, B board the detection efficiency is greatly improved. In the detection system, produced by the United States NI multi-channel data acquisition card, ensure that the error requires accuracy and data acquisition systems.The system has been running in the professional manufacturer of gas meter, the results show that the system was originally designed to fully meet the requirements. |
