Multiple Taximeter Native Test Management System Developed

The taximeter is a kind of special measure built in a taxi. Under state policy, it is listed in those measures that are forcing to be detected. The detecting of a taximeter consists of the local taximeter's detecting and the use error 's detecting. Presently there are several kinds of measures used for the local taximeter's detecting. They can detect the taximeter's cyclometer, the calculagraph and the speed's change, but they only can detect a single taximeter once. In addition, the data of the taximeter's detecting should be recorded by hand, and the error item of the detecting was still achieved by hand. Besides, the record of taximeter's detecting is registered computer after detecting the taximeter by people. So, the method of detect taximeter is not only inefficient and complicated, but also easily to make a mistake.In this paper, a new local detecting and management system of muti-taxameter is designed. This system can realize the detecting of taximeter, the processing of data, and the management of the registers at the same time. The total detecting process can be completed just on a computer. Distinct from other detecting systems, this system can detect several taximeters in a detecting process. So the efficiency of detecting the taximeters is improved to a great extent.In the paper, firstly, basing on the abuse of the local detecting systems of taximeter presently, the whole design plan of a new local detecting and management system of muti-taxameter is purposed. The structure and function of each unit of this system are analyzed and discussed.Secondly, the hardware of the system is discussed emphatically in the paper. It consists of the following three parts: the detecting of cyclometer realized by a single chip controlling a step motor to simulate the running of a taxi's wheel, the detecting of consisting of 10 standard calculagraph realized by single chip and the serial communication interface circuit between PC and muti-single chip.Then, the technology of the controlling software using VC++6.0 to program is discussed. It not only achieves the serial communication interface circuit between PC and muti-single chip, but also achieves the management method basing data of the registers of taximeters.At last, the summary about the system is brought forward.
