The Research On Quality Managementof Construction Project Of DTC 350tHigh Speed Dynamic Balance Test Station

With the rapid development of economy, production scale of enterprises is constantly expanding, the 200t high speed dynamic balance test station of Dongfang turbine Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DTC") has been unable to meet the needs of social reality. Rebuilding the 350t high speed dynamic balance test station project is imminent in order that the actual operation of the process be able to more efficiently and quickly adapt to this overload work. The ongoing 350t high speed dynamic balance test station construction project has sound economic and social benefits. It not only can promote the development of nuclear power technology, but also can improve enterprise's large-scale nuclear power production capacity to a certain extent, laying the solid foundation for enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises. However, as a large-scale engineering project, there may be more quality management problems in the construction process. It is of great practical significance and necessity to analyze the whole project quality management process, identify the problems and put forward countermeasures based on such a large-scale test station construction project.Taking the DTC 350t high speed dynamic balance test station of large project quality management process for research object, using total quality management and the related theories of quality management system, this paper deeply explores the quality management process of the test station's construction project. First of all, the basic situation of DTC 350t test station project is discussed; Secondly, the problems existing in the quality management of DTC 350t test station are analyzed and summarized, finding that the construction project in many units of the game, the impact of quality management factors cannot be controlled effectively and the owners can not directly participate in the construction program and other major issues; Finally, aiming at the problem of the test station project in terms of quality management, according to a comprehensive quality management related theory, combining with the author's own practice experience in the process of the large-scale test station construction project, this paper analyzes the causes of quality management problems, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.This paper fuses the theory of quality system management and total quality management. Then, through the fusion theory, the author analyzes the possible issues in the quality management process of the large-scale test station construction project, and puts forward the quality management countermeasures, providing a new idea and theoretical basis for the quality management of the DTC 350t high speed dynamic balance test station. At the same time, research methods and means are closer to reality. With strong practical operability, these methods have a certain reference value for the quality management of similar projects in the future.
