Train climate wind tunnel test laboratory is a long time high energy consumption operation of the functional building.Which meet the requirements of different experimental accuracy under the premise of high energy consumption caused by excessive waste by the concern of train manufacturer.Subsequently,an intelligent energy-saving control research has become an important direction in the development of test-bed.In this paper,the research on the energy saving operation control strategy of a train climate wind tunnel test laboratory is carried out.This thesis focuses on the following:(1)Building the model of building heat transfer and test-bed equipment,and establishing the model of the whole energy consumption of the test-bed based on each module model,establishing the mutual connection between the modules;(2)To classify the specific requirements of the typical test conditions;to determine the minimum space-time scale of the study;and to analyze the experimental characteristics of each working condition,the reference relationship between the control parameters;(3)Based on simulation simulation platform,this paper studies the energy-saving operation strategy of the test-bed,and proposes a collaborative optimization control method which combines TRNSYS,Fluent and Matlab.According to the actual situation of the test-bed,the control objective function is selected,And the TRNSYS-based software interface and data interaction mode are established.The global search process of the target control parameters is analyzed and the mathematical model of the results is established.It is proved that the method of TRNSYS-Fluent-Matlab can be used to control the parameters of the system with high coupling of parameters and diversification of control requirements,which can be used to control the energy-saving operation of the wind tunnel test-bed.It is a feasible idea.
