With the progress of society,mobile electronic products have been integrated into our daily life and work.The energy consumption of electronic products has become more and more large after upgrading,and its battery energy storage is limited by materials,size and other factors,which make people not get enough power to supply their work in the outdoors,tourism,etc.Therefore,it should be greater and better mobile energy to supply,which increases the demand for mobile energy.To solve this problem,this paper presents a mobile energy management system realizing the management of mobile energy,which not only can improve the energy efficiency of the battery supply capacity,but also improve the use of safety,life and so on.Firstly,this paper introduces the development prospect of mobile energy and the research status at home and abroad,and designs a mobile energy management system scheme with lithium battery as energy storage.The program includes: real-time monitoring of single battery information,charge control,balance control,SOC(State of Charge)of the estimation.Through the study of the characteristics of lithium battery,the hardware design of data acquisition circuit,charging circuit,equalization circuit,a wireless communication circuit and other relater circuits were completed based on the STM32F407,which is the main control chip.After comparing the SOC estimation methods,the Back Propagation(BP)neural network was selected to estimate the SOC and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to optimize it.The results show the estimated accuracy of BP neural network through PSO has been significantly improved.Then the software of the whole system is designed,which includes the design of the main program,the design of the battery state detection program,and the design of the wireless communication program.After the design work,the software and hardware of the management system are debugged,the experiment and the data analysis are carried out.Experiments show that the mobile energy management system can complete the task of energy management,improve the performance of the battery pack,protect the safety of the battery power,enhance battery consistency,promote performance and efficiency of the energy.The system can be centralized management of multi-cell batteries,which can suite different types of battery energy management within a certain range.This system can adapt to different occasions and the power of different energy needs.At last,the research work of this paper is summarized and some prospects for the future development of the research are made.
