Providing customers with timely and satisfactory service is an inevitable issue of logistics distribution.Current studies on logistics vehicle scheduling are mostly focused on the logistics costs and delivery time instead of the satisfaction of distribution employee,a qualitative factor that deserves more consideration.Investigating the logistics distribution employee satisfaction and establishing a corresponding practical logistics distribution vehicle scheduling model are of both theoretical significance and practical application value.In this thesis,we first introduce the research background and significance,analyze the research status and basic theory of logistics distribution and employee satisfaction,and explain the plant growth simulation algorithm.Secondly,based on the description and assumptions of vehicle scheduling issue,we obtain the fuzzy expression of customer satisfaction;then according to the employee satisfaction function and the evaluation index,conclude that the key factors influencing the satisfaction degree of distribution employees are welfare benefits,work intensity and the degree of cooperation and harmony,fuzzy membership function based on the three indexes is obtained by fuzzy representation of employee satisfaction;and the two fuzzy membership functions of customer satisfaction and distribution employee satisfaction are used as objective function to build a logistics vehicle scheduling model with the consideration of distribution employee satisfaction.Thirdly,the model of logistics distribution vehicle scheduling based on the simulation of plant growth algorithm is constructed,and the algorithm steps are given.Finally,our model is applied to a practical problem,the tobacco distribution by Hebei tobacco company cigarette logistics distribution center to the 22 downtown customers,and achieved the optimization result with the lowest cost,minimum customer satisfaction,and the maximum employee satisfaction.We further compare the result with the result of logistics distribution vehicle scheduling without the consideration of the distribution employee satisfaction,and a vehicle scheduling strategy considering distribution employee satisfaction is proposed.
