Research On Application Of BIM Technology In Project Construction Schedule Management

To ensure the progress of the objectives,project construction schedule management is a key element in project management.Due to the lack of traditional management technology and management software in the construction phase of large and difficult construction projects,the construction schedule will be deviated from the schedule in the actual management process,and then resulting in the construction process of the emergence of rework or increase the duration of a series of problems.With the wide application of BIM technology in the developed countries construction,our country has also started the superiority of application of BIM.BIM technology in information management can improve the efficiency of project construction schedule management,and also can make project management become more scientific and rigorous,then create greater economic benefits and social benefits in the real in actual engineering.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theory and method of traditional schedule management,and researches the BIM technology,and puts forward the feasibility of applying BIM technology in project schedule management.Based on the requirements of the construction contract and the difficulty in the analysis of the engineering case,it is decided to use the BIM technology to carry on the construction schedule management.Secondly,how to build the 3D information model and how to manage the site layout after the model is established.Then,the progress management platform of BIM 4D model is built based on the built 3D model.Finally,it analyzes and sums up the differences of BIM technology after introducing the construction schedule management and the solution to the practical problems,which provides a new means for the construction schedule management and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
