Based on the research of the key problems of 10 thousand volts of medium voltage power network planning in Zibo City, this paper puts forward a complete and systematic distribution network planning framework and practice system, which extends to the superior power grid 110 thousand volts and 35 thousand volts, and discusses the 10 thousand volts in Taiwan area planning. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of Zibo power grid and finds the existing problems that mainly include the heavy overload power in supply capacity, card neck, low voltage and repeated power outages. Besides, there is also too much single line radiation, too long power supply radius, the unclear circuitous partition and cross winding power supply in the grid structure. Then the paper starts from the actual situation of electricity and establishes the mathematical model to make the load forecasting of the future demand in Zibo power grid, aming to obtain electricity consumption and load growth in the planning year. This paper also gives the goal and the principle of distribution network planning, through which, establishes Zibo medium voltage distribution network planning and considers the development trend of intelligent. The paper later discusses the distribution automation, electric vehicles, and distributed communication network planning in Zibo area. After that, the paper analyzes the planning effect. Finally, this paper estimates the innovation points and results that may produce.
