T company is a leading enterprise specializing in the production of crankshaft, its production of the crankshaft has been nearly 50 years of history. The C heavy crankshaft production line is set up in 90s, forged steel crankshaft production line for Dongfeng Cummins diesel engine and heavy truck facilities, equipped with German NAXOS grinding machines and other advanced numerical control equipment. But with the new equipment, the use of new technology, manufacturing technology of crankshaft has been considerable progress, the production line in the process, equipment layout and operation aspects gradually backward, unable to satisfy the requirements of high production efficiency of enterprises.In this situation, the status of T company from the crankshaft of C heavy truck production line of the existing machining process, machining process and production line layout of the comprehensive understanding. Through research and analysis, combined with the stage of lean management and "ECRS" principle, to solve the problem of heavy truck technology of curved axis complex, equipment layout is not reasonable, operation and poor backward equipment, put forward effective solutions and optimization one by one.First in the process, the removal of all clear, the restructuring of a certain restructuring, the maximum cost savings, avoid waste. Two is in the equipment layout, through repeated trials and comparison, the use of the principle of law, the development of practical logistics area production line, not only saves the possibility of duplication, but also reduced the amount of work. Three is in the production line to the new group, the staff has been the maximum reasonable placement. Four is to simplify the operation process, a process flow to a minimum, saving waste.Through optimization, machine automation, scientific layout, production line, improve the quality of personnel office environment optimization and combination and re equipped with scientific equipment deployment, shorten the process, saving labor costs, reduce cycle time, improve the filling degree of operation, improve work efficiency, to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise product quality, provides the help for the enterprise to win in the market competition.
