High-power medium speed diesel engine is mainly used for Marine main engine,auxiliary engine and stationary power generation units,as the core parts of diesel engine crankshaft,due to its special structure,processing performance is poor,especially high-power medium speed diesel engine crankshaft is heavy,the weight of the overall dimensions,high accuracy,lead to the crankshaft manufacture cycle is long,such as crankshaft,imported from abroad is also affected by the price,delivery cycle,at the same time,domestic market demand of high-power medium speed diesel engine is bigger,often occurs in the domestic shipping market temporarily "ship such as machine,machine such as shaft" situation,serious impact on the development of shipping industry in our country.Zibo diesel engine corporation according to the research of diesel engines at home and abroad market demand,the horse,introduced from Japan N330 diesel engine,diesel engine crankshaft localization is the localization of key points of diesel engine,the crankshaft localization on the key scientific research project of zibo diesel engine corporation.Through in-depth study of diesel engine crankshaft processing technology,thefeasibility of the scheme and the crankshaft crankshaft processing equipment manufacturers,domestic manufacturer is carried on the thorough investigation and research,combined with the company's existing production equipment,with less equipment investment,to meet the requirements of diesel engine crankshaft machining.In this paper,the key manufacturing process of the crankshaft localization is studied,including the following three aspects:(1)Crankshaft connecting rod neck process.Using existing a wuhan heavy industrycompany produces C41130 two-headed crankshaft lathe,design special eccentric fixtureand center frame,crankshaft,a clamping through rotary indexing,realize all thecrankshaft connecting rod journal circular cylindrical,open files,a crank processing,not only ensure the machining quality,and greatly improve the efficiency of processing,can be used for reference for all kinds of crankshaft machining.(2)Research on crankshaft grinding process.Adopt universal coupling connection finegrinding crankshaft main journal,stable and reliable guarantee of important indetermining the quality of the crankshaft-alignment precision grade assessment index,solves the difficulties in key process of crankshaft research.(3)Crankshaft coaxial and phase Angle detection.On the common equipment instrument,through theoretical analysis,test pairs the coaxial degree and phase Angle value of thecrankshaft are accurately measured with fixed and floating v-frame support,which isvery important for the process improvement and product acceptance of crankshaft.
