China's economy has experienced high growth for a long time after the economy entered a stage of steady development,but a series of problems before due to excessive pursuit of speed also will lead to exposure,economic development is faced with greater pressure.Development of Construction Enterprises face more severe external environment,companies face the challenges of life and death.Although in recent years the domestic construction enterprise project management level of quality has been greatly improved,but compared to the foreign advanced construction enterprises,there is this gap in many places.With the vigorous promotion and implementation of supply side reforms,construction companies and other businesses will face greater development pressure.Under such a difficult environment for the development of enterprises in order to achieve survival and development,it must "eyes inward," hard skills,strengthen internal management.For construction companies,by strengthening internal management to enhance the level of quality is a priority project.Improve project quality management,based on the excellent shape corporate brand,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the new situation.Based on the current economic situation and the development of construction enterprises actual development on the basis of domestic and foreign carding paper project quality management literature on the use of questionnaires and interviews and other research methods,the status of housing construction project quality management SJ Group has been described,the existing problems are summarized.The analysis revealed that SJ Group's current project quality management concepts and understanding can not adapt to the new economic normal requirements,project quality management institutions can not meet the requirements of the supply-side reforms,project quality management system was too complex and do not in place,the quality of projects quality of management can not meet the enterprise restructuring and development requirements,material goods and technologies pre-control also needs to mention the quality upgrade,information technology and project actual quality management disjointed phenomena;through the use of case analysis,the SJ Group construction quality case a project was carried out analyze,summarize experience and defect,deepened the understanding of the main problems Corporation project quality management of analysis;for the main problems SJ Group project quality management,made the following solutions:Building normalization"quality first" management philosophy,improve the comprehensive quality control of three management methods and simplify quality management system optimization system,strengthen quality control project design drawings,and strengthen the overall technical workers and labor force specialization training project,a comprehensive program to control construction material and machinery and equipment quality,the use of information technology to enhance project quality,Strict project completion and acceptance of quality management,evaluation and further improve project quality management,etc.,in order to enhance the SJ Group project quality management to provide reference and reflection for the peer construction companies as well as companies in other industries to provide management ideas.
