With the development of modern architectural technology and environmental protection regulations is perfected gradually,as a kind of non-noise,non-vibrating,pollution-free pile foundation construction method,the static pressing method is used more and more widely and is also increasingly recognized by modern society.Meanwhile,various silent pilers have been successfully developed.Crawler type pile press-in driver,walking type silent piler and attached silent piler are three commonly used silent pilers at present,they all have the problem of transfering fields or position inconveniently.The crawler multifunctional silent piler was designed to solve these problems and improve the efficiency of pile construction.First of all,on the basis of the comprehensive investigation and analysis of existing silent pilers,the parameters of the crawler silent piler are determined,and the three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks software.In this paper,the four common schemes of clamping and pressing mechanism including steel-pipe pile,square pile,U-shaped steel sheet pile,Z-shaped steel sheet pile,and the process of crawler-type transverse movement are mainly introduced.Secondly,The maximum pile resistances and pile clamping forces for four kinds commonly used type piles are pressed to the bearing layer are calculated taking the soil condition of Shanghai as an example.On this basis,the finite element analysis of the four kinds pile clamping mechanisms is made and the the results meet requirements.In each pile clamping mechanism,a number of points are taken to detect the stress distribution during the pile clamping,the results can be used for the further research.Again,the stability of the crawler multifunctional silent piler was studied to determine the most dangerous conditions.The finite element analysis of chassis platform is carried out for different working conditions,the analysis results meet the requirements,and based on the results,structural fatigue analysis was conducted.Finally,the finite element analysis of the chassis platform is made according to different conditions.The results meet the requirements.The fatigue analysis of the structure is made based on the results and the damage coefficient nephogram and the life cycle nephogram is acquired.From these nephogram we can know that the fatigue damage mostly appears at the contact edge of the crawler chassis and the chassis platform.However,the largest effect is only a short state in the process of the transverse movement,so it can be ignored.
