With the rapid development of China's economy, pile machinery is widely applied in engineering construction. At present, the cylindrical diesel pile hammers, hydraulic pile hammers, hydraulic static piling machine and hydraulic vibratory hammer are widely used, but with the environmental requirements enhancement, many countries banned the use of diesel pile drivers. At the same time a lot of construction site space is limited, needs lighter type pile, so the environmental self-moving Silent Piler gets more and more attention and application.This paper based on the 2009 annual Shunde District technology projects "The environmental self-moving Silent Piler based on the pile reaction force ", mainly completed the following job:Firstly, this paper discusses the applications and developments of the Silent Piler at home and abroad, and studies the principle and structure of the environmental self-moving Silent Piler based on the pile reaction force. Then design the structure of the environmental self-moving Silent Piler, mainly includes:the head of Silent piler, clamp, saddle, rotating platform, chuck.Secondly, the finite element analysis about the components of the Silent Piler is discussed. The finite element analysis can help improving the design structure security and making structure more reasonable. Because the Silent Piler has many mechanical components which exists complicated going and suffer from great forces, the work is necessary, which correctly mechanical analysis and study is to ensure that the design can be successful.Thirdly, the hydraulic system of the Silent Piler is researched. The power of the environmental self-moving Silent Piler based on the pile reaction force comes from the hydraulic system, so the hydraulic system is an important part. The focal point of design work is designing reasonable and efficient hydraulic system. According to the pressure pile actual situation, the design takes the constant power design method to save energy and improve efficiency. When the Silent Piler works, it needs the large force and flow quantity. It is difficult to directly operate hydraulic system. So the paper takes pilot-operated type to make the operation convenient.Finally, the PLC control system of the Silent Piler is researched. This design adopts PLC control hydraulic system, which can greatly simplify the structure of control equipment, saving energy and reducing consumption, convenient operation. It is easy to realize the integration mechnical-electrohydraulic system that makes the production stable and reliable, improve efficiency and automation.The development of environmental self-moving Silent Piler based on the pile reaction force is successful; it fills the blank in this field in China, promoted the development of construction industry and has some commercial value.
