Research On Japanese Environment-symbiotic Architecture Design Method Based On P2OE

With the vigorous development of the green building,in order to prevent the spread of the increasingly common phenomenon that technology stacking at the late period and space optimization at the early stage,many scholars began to ponder over a problem in nature.It is necessary to change the basic principles and general procedure what Design methodology includes for changing the development direction of a thing.Aim at the present that systemic principle and method of green design system not been summarized and formed,I found that green architecture in our country has entered the refinement and humanization time of 3.0.In order to meet the demand of era,I advocate the architect make the pursuit of architectural space's "functional" and"spiritual feeling" organically combinated with the contemporary green demand,and put the idea digested in the whole process of architectural design.This article starts from the green building evaluation standard,combining with the analysis of Japan's green building design method.I put forward a green architecture design methodology which based on P2OE theory,and use the Japanese architecture passing the green building evaluation standard "CASBEE" certification as the research object which applied the method based on P2OE.The thesis has three major parts:The first part describes the limiters--the green building evaluation standard CASBEE,comes up with three aspect of advances for Chinese green building ecaluation standard as the result.The second part proposes the analysis of this method theory.Analyzing from the concept,characteristic and principle of Pre-occupancy evaluation and Post-occupancy evaluation is to seek the feasibility of the method's application.And I conclude the two ways which called design program and database of combining point between P2OE and green building design method.The third part is to describe the application of green building design method based on P2OE,situated in the specific case,to a certain extent,can obtain the superiority of this method,and provides a theoretical basis for the further research.
