Compare Of The Green Building Assessment System

Based on the introduction of main green-building assessment systems in the world and their application in mainland China, This paper chooses green-building assessment systems of China and Japan which are national standards as comparative subjects, gives a full screen comparison between ESGB and CASBEE.The comparison of every indicator is based on the frame which is published by International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This comparison is involves three aspects of indicators which are interior environment, impact to nearby area and exterior environment. In this way, we find out the differences between ESGB and CASBEE, analyse reasons of the differences and give some advice about improving ESGB.The advice is by expanding foundational research, measuring local data and improving the system model, to keep time bound and enhance the objectivity and the accuracy of result of the sustainable building assessment system etc.
