Research On Passive Energy-saving Design Of Commercial Block Buildings In Hot Summer And Cold Winter Area

Energy is a motive force of the modernization,the world’s energy revolution was in full swing,in our country,building energy consumption is27.3% of the total energy consumption for the society,occupies a large proportion,therefore,should not overlook the importance of building energy efficiency.The 13 th five-year plan is an important period for China’s energy and low-carbon transformation.It has great significance to the development of energy-saving buildings and to the development of energy conservation and emission reduction and the creation of two societies.One of the most important ways to save energy is to be reminded that it is passive energy.Passive energy conservation,is not only to research and develop the new construction technology,and new energy-saving building materials,new energy saving doors and Windows,but also pay attention to the planning and Architecture design.In this paper,by analyzing the hot summer and cold winter area commercial building energy consumption characteristics,from the planning and design of commercial buildings design,two aspects put forward the design strategy of commercial street building passive energy saving,strive to create energy-saving commercial buildings which has its own characteristics.The main contents can be summarized as five parts:The first part mainly expounds the background of this topic,current situation,the main content,research framework,research purpose,research significance;The second part of the commercial block buildings and passive energy saving design were summarized;The third part specifically for climate in hot summer and cold winter regions under the condition of commercial block buildings,from the planning of the commercial block buildings location,spacing,orientation,greening to the architectural design,elevation design,modeling design,shape coefficient and retaining structure in commercial block buildings the aspects of passive energy-saving design methods and strategies of the comprehensive discussion,and through the relevant case is analyzed;The fourth part first to discussed the passive energy saving design in Zhu Zhou Song Xi Zi agricultural products commercial block planning,andanalyzed its wind environment and sunlight by software,then discussed the passive energy saving design in its architecture,also analyzed its energy saving by data comparison form software.In this paper,from the commercial block planning and architectural design two aspects,respectively,puts forward some of the suggestions and comments in passive energy saving design,with hot summer and cold winter area,this specific area to the commercial block buildings passive energy saving design,has some reference and practical significance.
