As one of the core subsystems of railway signal system,interlocking system is a key equipment to ensure the safety of train operation and improve transportation efficiency.However,the existing computer interlocking system has many shortcomings such as numerous trackside devices,extensive use of signal cables,high construction and maintenance cost,complex interlocking data and interlocking logic.Therefore,it has research value to construct a new interlocking system which can solve the above problems in a specific situation.In this thesis,according to characteristics of the fully automatic mineral transport line such as simple station structure,large distance between stations,station unattended,a scheme of the area control interlocking system with Train-route binding function(AIWT)was proposed,by referencing the communication-based train control system and high-speed maglev control system.A principle prototype of AIWT was developed.Typical functional test was completed under simulation environment.Research work of this thesis focuses on the followings:(1)The overall design scheme of AIWT was proposed by referencing the communication-based train control system and high-speed maglev control system.On this basis,the redundancy mode of security-critical computer,network topological structure of interlock system and structure of the area control unit were determined.(2)The key hardware of the principle prototype was developed,including logic operation hardware module used for interlocking logic operation,optical fiber communication hardware module used for communication media change of ethernet and drive acquisition hardware module used for drive and acquisition of field devices.(3)The software scheme of AIWT was proposed.On this basis,the key software of the principle prototype was developed,such as operation and representation software,logic operation software and area control software.Among them the operation and representation software runs on the Windows operating system,the logic operation software and area control software runs on the VxWorks operating system.(4)The functional test of each hardware module was completed.On this basis,the Principle prototype of AIWT was built,and the typical interlocking functions were tested to verify the effectiveness of AIWT.
