The railway industry sustained and rapid development. High-speed Rail, Intercity Railway, subway are wireless communication mode, improves the running speed of the train. A number of existing railway lines have been used communication and signal integration maturely,the rapid development of communication and signal integration lay a solid foundation for interlocking and train control integration.As railway training base for talents, how to make railway professionals began to pay attention to railway safety problem, develop safety awareness, avoid the occurrence of railway accident. Based on this, the school has set up project " Track traffic signal accident reconstruction and analysis system ".The system can reproduce various track traffic accident, through the analysis of the the cause of the accident, find solutions, training researcher’s practice ability and innovation consciousness.Rail traffic accident reconstruction and analysis system is composed of four parts, fault analysis platform, Train, RBC, Interlocking&Train Control integration. The paper completed one of the branches of the project. At present, the station is controlled by station interlocking, mainly processing route command, and the route information is sent to the train control center. The section is controlled by train control center.Its main function is generating code of track circuit and temporary speed restriction telegram according to the route information and temporary speed limit information. Integration is the station and section of centralized control by integrated system, cancelling station and the relay station’s train control center, integrating train control function based on the existing interlocking system. Each station set one integrated system, which is in charge of a station and its left and right half section, communication with adjacent station integrated system at the same time. It can realize the sharing of information between station and section. The integrated structure can cancel the interlocking and train control interface, high system integration, reduce the number of equipment, reduce the information transmission delay, and optimize the staff allocation, is conducive to the operation and maintenance management. Interlocking and train control integrated technology represent the development of railway signal control technology, it will be the main signal safety control technology of China’s High-speed Rail, Intercity Railway, subway and city track transportation construction in the future. This paper consists of three parts, hardware, software and communication interface. Control process of the approach are timed colored Petri net and UML modeling, using MFC to realize the main functions of the software part; adopting PCI and STM32to design hardware circui; contrastive analysis of two kinds of hardware structure, choosing PCI version finally, centralized control of all interlocking equipment in sand table model; integration system must communicate with other three subsystems in TCP/IP.
