Power supply mode,which is composed of new energy sources,has increasingly applied to the ship power systems.The lithium battery group as an important part of ship multi energy power supply system,Its safe and reliable operation is the key to ensure the reliable navigation of new energy ships,While the lithium battery group can be safe and reliable operation depends on the performance of the lithium battery management system(BMS).However,most of research on the management system of Li-ion battery series is on-board Li-ion battery series and is just confined to the design of electric circuit of management strategy.The reliability of printed-circuit boards of electric circuit and loading system is not highlighted.So in the thesis,through the analysis on the work environment and condition of marine Li-ion battery series repelled by pure electricity,has enumerated special requirements for the management system of Li-ion battery series of marine condition,and designed adapted systematic structure according to demands.Based on systematic structure and function,it has devised and completed the detailed electric circuits of master control module,battery information collecting module,battery equalization module of this battery management system.Of particular note,electromagnetic compatibility has been given special attention to in the design of power and communication circuits.Firstly,in the design of system circuit,DSP is made as master control unit,which can guarantee computing power and rapid response of the system;battery information collecting module and equalization module adopt joint operation of LTC 6804 and LTC 3300,which can realize protection and supervision on parameters of every battery in Li-ion battery series.Secondly,after the completion of electric circuit design,system circuit,on the basis of the practical demands,has been divided into three functional parts: master control panel,battery information collecting panel and battery energy equalization panel;the specific constraints have been made on the line width of signal lines,the size of vias and sandwich arrangement on the grounds of regular principle of wiring topology;and then the drawings of printed-circuit boards have been completed.Finally,some improvements and simulation have been made in reflection,crosstalk and electromagnetic radiation problems of key signal lines through HyperLynx signal integrity simulation software in the purpose of improving electromagnetic compatibility and signal transmission quality.This paper mainly completed the realization of the battery management system's hardware and the design of the printed circuit board,so specific battery management strategy and software control method are not involved.This design will be the platform of the following researches to complete the management strategy and the software,and based on the experimental data to further optimize the design,until the completion of the final product development.
