Research On FZFR Project Cost Control

With the development of the social economy and the innovation and progress of the construction technology,the modern construction industry has become a very complex production and construction activity.Construction in our country mainly in the development of the real estate field,the construction of the infrastructure,the construction of industrial projects,under the socialism new rural construction,and the national key project construction as the main body of market,industry development is rapid,but also accompanied by the expansion of the industry at the same time,brings some negative effect.So the construction of the project cost to implement in all the process of project implementation,from beacon,bidding,design,construction and completion of each phase,every link of engineering control for construction projects have a significant impact.Based on the full analysis of related fields at home and abroad on the basis of research results,from the connotation and the main content of the project cost,system research the basic theory of project cost.FZFR project as the research object,combining the theoretical knowledge and actual situation,to FZFR project cost are analyzed in detail,and according to the content of the engineering cost,from the decision-making stage,design stage,project contracting stage and construction stage four stages,the thorough analysis to discuss FZFR project in four stages of cost control problems,the main process of research aiming at whether the depth of the project in the decision-making phase,design phase of the construction drawing design,contracting contract management and claims,the construction phase of the talent machine management this paper discusses the problem of cost control and according to the actual cost of the project situation and controllable state,can effectively solve the opinions are put forward,thus reducing the project cost loss caused due to the improper cost control,reasonable and effective to improve investment benefits,to maximize project profit.
