In the era of creative economy,the development of emerging technologies,such as the creation of commercial culture,the rise of the maker movement and the creation of 3D printing,has led to the development of the traditional innovation model to the new innovation space carrier-the creativespace,which has led to the opening and sharing spiritual as the core and characterized by crowdsorcing and crowdfunding.Has been put forward since 2015,but just two years of creativespace in China's explosive growth,has become the focus of government and scholars,and an important starting point of innovation-driven development strategy and the implementation of urban transformation and upgrading.Compared with other countries,China's public space appeared late,lags behind the theoretical research,and the practice is still being explored.In this paper,from the perspective of planning disciplines,to explore the location of public space and its internal space layout,can further enrich the research content of innovation space and improve the research system of innovation system.Taking Shenzhen as an example for empirical analysis,but also to provide construction experience and reference for the booming creativespace in China.The research results has a certain practical significance for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the construction of the creative city.On the whole,the thesis includes two parts: theoretical research and empirical analysis:The theoretical part is divided into two levels.First combing significance theory which has guided the internal space of the spatial geographical location and layout of creative space,including the Micro-Location theory,3T theory of creative economy,creative city theory,environmental psychology theory and behavioral science theory.The Secondly,it summarizes the principle of site selection.It is suggested that the location of public space should follow the principle of pursuing customer demand,systematically evaluate and classify sites,the internal space optimization of public space should follow the principle of function domination,demand priority and promote communication.Finally,the author summarizes the influencing factors of the location of the creativespace,and constructs the three-level model of the location of the creativespace.In the part of empirical research,the first,analysised the development of creativespace in China,then,using GIS visualization method presented the number and distribution of our creativespace,and focus on the analysis of the creativespace of our clients and services Content,operation mode and source of funds and development trend.Second,select Shenzhen as the study case area to empirical analysis Firstly,the paper introduces the quantity and characteristics of the creativespaces in Shenzhen,and specializes in the field of Shenzhen,which is divided by two parts: spatial location proximity and spatial main function.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of makers,the characteristics of the external environment demands of makers in Shenzhen.Based on the evaluation of the external environment of the public space,this paper interpret different kinds of the creativespaces on location of the creativespace.Then,taking the Pingshan District of Shenzhen as an example to give the location scheme of the creativespace.Thirdly,the empirical analysis of the internal space layout optimization of the various functional types of the creativespace.Based on the characteristics of the behavior of the makers,the characteristics of the demand of the makers and the evaluation on internal environment of the makers,it revealed the main factors influencing the internal space layout of the creativespace,constructed the internal space optimization process of the creativespace and choosing different functional types of creativespaces as a case study of its internal space optimization program analysis.
