Application Analysis Of BIM Technology In Construction Cost Control

In the construction management system,its aims mainly at the cost,schedule and quality of these three aspects.Cost control is one of the most important components of cost management of the project,it is an inefficient use of construction cost management at present in China.There are many complex and different kinds of information and data in the construction stage,the solution of Building information modeling(BIM)is a good way of approaching data management and cost control.BIM technology is the second revolution in the construction industry after CAD technology,If the CAD technology has changed the history of architectural design and construction of manual plotting,then the BIM technology has changed the traditional non-intelligent management model of construction data,these changes in construction process have important implications for data management and cost control.With the rapid development of BIM technology and the promotion of government,BIM in construction industry recognition and praise highly degree is higher and higher,all enterprises and institutions need to seize the opportunity to face the challenge,and constantly improve and improve themselves to adapt to the big change of the construction industry.This paper analysis of previous research results by reading lots of related references,and combined with internship experience of related projects to research the cost control.Under this premise of cost concept,we researched the analysis method and the working mechanism of earned-value method.Based on the IFC data standards of BIM technology,we build the model of cost control combined with earned-value method.This model based on database library of the BIM 5D model,and the earned-value method provides data support for the function module of cost of monitoring,early warning and forecast.Taking a certain parts of construction as an example,intuitively analysis of the working process of the model,and prove its rationality and feasibility.This paper researched the BIM technology in the engineering project construction;strengthen the combination of BIM technology and the model of project cost control.The BIM 5D model of construction project information is used by each participator,and realizes the communication for engineering project information.This paper provides a reference for cost control of promoting the development of construction industry digital,institutionalization and standardization.
