Power transformer anti-short circuit ability is strong smart grid in our country the important guarantee of the safe and stable operation.With the continuous development of power grid in our country,the capacity of the power grid and scope expands unceasingly,short circuit and short circuit current are also greatly increased,it is for power transformer anti-short circuit ability put forward higher requirements.Especially the large capacity transformer,a short circuit after the accident,short circuit current is very big,if can't meet the requirement of short circuit,will cause widespread power outages,have serious consequences,to the national economy and people's production and life bring great losses and influence.Power transformer is one of the key equipment in power system,its operation quality directly affects the safe and stable operation of power system.With the continuous development of national economy,the growing demand for electricity,power transformer tends to develop in the direction of high voltage,large capacity.Power transformer running on electromagnetic load is very high,in the process of the leakage magnetic field significantly enhanced,and the equivalent impedance of power grid in gradually reduce,in case the system short circuit power grid provided by multiplying the short circuit current increases,the transformer to bring a series of problems,especially important of which is a power transformer under short circuit capacity.Along with our country the rapid expansion of scale of uhv power grid,power transformer accidents occur frequently,and has a tendency to increase.From the point of transformer accident analysis,anti-short circuit ability shortage has become the main cause of electric power transformer fault,caused great harm to power grid,the serious influence the safe operation of the power grid.According to statistics,transformer anti-short circuit ability level is of important indexes that transformer damage in recent years,has become outstanding problems in operation of the power transformer.Therefore,improvement on short circuit of power transformer is imperative.This topic through research occurs after a sudden short circuit power transformer winding is instability and the phenomenon of structural damage,explore in power transformer electromagnetic calculation,structure design,technological process of anti-short circuit optimization measures,and in the case of implementation anti-short circuit ability,product structure optimization and efficiency.Algorithm based on the typical physical formula and finite element method(fem),such as utilization of REST,Ansys simulation analysis software,the 220 kv transformer anti-short circuit ability,the simulation analysis of strength of elements,validation of the various measures to meet the requirements of short circuit resistance.Key technology of anti-short circuit ability for 220kV power transformer was mastered through the research above.
