In recent years,house customers' electricity consumption increases year by year in our country,and peak-valley difference of electrical load gradually increases.To reduce the house customers' peak-valley difference,electricity demand response(DR)program based on time-of-use pricing have been implemented widely,but the participation of house customers is not high.How to improve the house customers'DR participation based on the time-of-use pricing has become a common concern hot topic of academy and industry.The way to improve the house customers' DR participation needs to start from solving two issues.First,how to help the customers make appliances working plan,which will reduce users' burden.Second,how to control all appliances automatically,to reduce the customers' electricity bills.To solve these two issues,this paper did the following studies.Firstly,the usage characteristics of household appliances were analyzed,and a point-to-point ratio method based forecasting model was proposed,to forecast the appliances usage behavior and electricity consumption.According to the circadian regulation of PV output,the PV output power forecasting model is established based on point-to-point ratio method.Also,working plan of appliances can be predicted.The results of case study show that the load forecasting model can effectively reduce the users' burden to make the appliances working plan.Then,according to the controllability of different appliances,the appliances electricity consumption models with appliances working time as decision variables are established respectively.The minimum of electricity cost and peak load are taken as the scheduling target respectively.With the different types of appliances working time,two algorithms are designed to simplify the model solving process.The results of case study show that the load scheduling can significantly reduce the electricity bills and reduce the peak value of electricity consumption.Finally,a DR controller is designed for house customers,including hardware and software.Combined with the predicted planning of appliances and the scheduling strategy of loads,the start-stop of appliances can be controlled by the DR controller and smart sockets.The controller provides a basic solution,to help house customers participate in the electricity DR programs automatically.
