| In recent years,the rapid growth of electricity consumption in China,peak power supply shortage has become increasingly prominent,blackouts cases have occurred.The peak load of power grid mainly concentrated in the summer peak period of hundreds of hours,If you rely solely on increasing the capacity to meet short-term peak demand,not only high upfront investment costs,and the construction period is very long,it is difficult to meet the current peak demand for electricity.Demand side resources as resources of the supply side relative to participate in the peak regulation of power network,guide the demand side actively pursue renewable energy output fluctuation,it is the most effective and economical way to resolve these contradictions.Compared with the traditional peaking resources,rational use of resources in the demand side is conducive to optimizing the way electricity,reducing peak power grid costs,to achieve energy-saving and emissionreduction in electric power industry.With the development of the smart grid and electricity market,peaking resources are becoming more and more diverse,the value of load as a resource is becoming increasingly prominent.Only by comprehensive understanding of peaking resource in power supply side and load side,can we fully tap their potential,and improve system operation safety and economy.On the basis of the conventional peaking resources,this paper introduces the demand-side peaking resources in detail and analyzes the peak-shifting potential of various resources,and establishes the related demand response model.Introducing the load self-response coefficient based on the principle of consumer psychology,the user response behavior is modeled,and the fitting load of each period of the day is obtained after the implementation of peak and valley time price.Then analyzes the response behavior of different demand response users and the effect of peak shaving by changing the peak-valley price ratio and electricity price pull ratio.On the basis of conventional units involved in peak regulation of power network,this paper proposes a new peak regulation model considering peaking resource in the generation side and the user side.The model changes the traditional peak regulation model which blindly through the coordination and optimization of power generation resources to go with the wind power grid,and forms a power-load interaction peaking model that coordinated optimization of “power” and “load” resources.Further to the proposed model simulation example,results show that,in consideration of the pumped storage and large customers DR can adjust and optimize the load curve,achieve the full absorption of new energy power generation,in order to achieve orderly peaking of power network and further reduce the system operating costs. |
