With the continuous development of production technology,the requirements of the boiler industry design efficiency continue to improve,the traditional design has been unable to meet such a large number of design work.In the face of a wide variety of common parts,standard parts and accessories for the boiler industry,technicians are required to repeat the design of these parts,time-consuming and inefficient,these problems are prevalent in the industry.In the context of Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing has gradually become the theme of manufacturing.To free the technical staff from the cumbersome repetitive design,and to improve the traditional industrial equipment design method is imperative.ThroNXh the review of status of the parts library development in domestic and foreign multi-industry and boiler industry under NX environment,based on the requirements of the enterprise and the specific characteristics of different components,this paper used three different ways to carry out the development of efficient coal-fired boiler parts library.56 different types of commonly used boiler parts(such as:ribs,flat cover,flange,U-bolts,flange cover,head,etc.)were developed using parametric design techniques-reuse library.The key technologies of reuse library were described in detail taking flange and manhole for example.8 kinds of boiler standard and common parts(e.g.,ordinary steel mesh,steel grating plate,equilateral angle steel,unequal angle steel,I-beam,channel steel,square steel pipe,rectangular steel pipe,etc.)and 9 kinds of accessories(e.g.,periodic blowdown flash tank,continuous blowdown flash tank,sub-drum,blower,draft fan,screw slag machine,nameplate,burner,water pump,etc.)were developed using NX/Open/GRIP.On the basis of analyzing the structure of the GRIP source code,the secondary development process is described in detail from several key perspectives.NX Open/GRIP can be very good to achieve the development of components design,but cannot achieve the assembly of the context design,in order to better achieve the top-down design,equilateral angle steel,unequal angle steel,I-beam,channel steel,square steel pipe,rectangular steel pipe and other six parts were developed using NX Open/API in this thesis,to achieve the assembly context design function,and the API program structure were analyzed in detail in this text.The development of boiler parts library was carried out with three methods;NX/Open/Menuscript will be used to integrate the development process into the application framework,and then integrated in the NX software,to form a complete set of secondary development of the parts library program,like other functions in NX.The boiler hollow cold-rolled steel developed by NX Open/GRIP and NX Open/API respectively were integrated into NX environment and operated.The differences in the user interface,as well as the use of NX Open/API assembly in the context of the specific implementation of the method were studied.This thesis solved problems of the existing design methods need to repeat the design,inefficient in boiler industry,facing the design transformation using generic 3D software cannot achieve industry-specific,lack of professional and technical personnel and industry general library and other issues from the perspective of the development of parts and components.The GRIP technology in interaction,modeling,transformation,recycling and other aspects of the problem has been overcome during the research.The NX Open/API development method solves the problem of assembly context design which GRIP development cannot achieve.The foundation of fast,efficient,parallel and other advanced design and analysis methods into the boiler intelligent manufacturing were laid for the early.At the same time a valuable reference for other industries based on NX secondary development were provided.
