The rapid development of computer technology and communication technology has bring new breakthroughs for the development of automatic control technology and testing technology.The traditional bus-based control and test system is subject to space,environment and other factors.They are no longer able to meet the needs of the times.The development of computer technology and communication technology provides a new solution promoted the automation control technology and testing technology towards the direction of distributed information and networking development.This research can promote the development of distribution in industry and automated testing areas.My topic is based on Ethernet interface for intelligent embedded field hardware terminals.In response to the large amount of data generated by multi-concurrent distributed acquisition nodes,I design a distributed monitoring system information management software which can accept,process data and save information.The information management software also has web application function and it can access to the collected data information through the Internet whenever and wherever.Based on the actual distributed water meter information collection project and demand analysis,this paper divides the information management software into two parts: information acquisition server software and web application which based on B / S mode.Firstly,take the producer consumer model as the overall structure of the information acquisition server software,combined with Windows Socket network communication I / O model designed to support multi-concurrent information acquisition software.At the same time,as the database technology,it can realize the distributed intelligent embedded hardware upload information for persistent preservation.In order to ensure the stability,reliability and security of the embedded field hardware terminal and server communication process,the network communication protocol interface based on the TCP / IP transport protocol between the server and the embedded field hardware terminal is customized.It can transport information of water meter stably,reliably and safely.Secondly,I develop web application based on B / S model,use Apache as a web server,use PHP language as a development tool and use ThinkPHP framework technology.Users are easy to manage the data through theInternet.Finally,the overall system is tested by software platform.The test results show that the design can meet the needs of the actual project.Because of the use of the structural design and the application of web framework technology,the overall commonality of the system is enhanced,and it also has some reference value for the development of other similar distributed testing.
