In recent years,with the popularization of ultrasonic equipment and the continuous optimization of the Ultrasound Department's business process,the demand for Ultrasound Imaging System is more and more.Ultrasound Imaging System is a kind of information system used in Ultrasound Department.The main function of the Ultrasound Imaging System is to manage the business of the Ultrasound Department,to realize the rapid transmission and sharing of medical image information,and serve the inspection and diagnosis of the Ultrasound Department.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the level of management and diagnosis of Ultrasound Department by studying and implementing the Ultrasound Imaging System.This thesis can be divided into the two aspects: the first aspect is the study of ultrasound image segmentation which is the key technique of Ultrasound Imaging System's image post-processing module.The second is the design and implementation of Ultrasound Imaging System.In this thesis,we first summarize the characteristics of medical image segmentation algorithm,and then focus on the level set of active contour model.According to the characteristics of ultrasound images,a fuzzy level set image segmentation algorithm is selected.The algorithm is improved,the ultrasound image is clustered first,then the class of interest is selected and processed,and the initial evolution curve and control parameters are estimated according to the processing result.Finally,the level set evolution is carried out.The algorithm is simulated under MATLAB and implemented in C ++ language.The thesis firstly analyses detailed function from three angles of doctors,patients and the image of the system.Secondly,the software architecture,the use of standards and data storage solutions of the system are studied.The thesis mainly studies the DICOM standard(Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine)and the HL7 standard(Health Level Seven).On the basis of this,the design principle and design goal of the system are first determined,and the system software logic architecture,technical architecture and database table are designed.According to the technical architecture and business process,the design and implementation of the core module such as registration reservation,image report,query list and department management are completed,and the ultrasonic image segmentation algorithm is integrated into the image post-processing module as the new function.Finally,according to the test content of the ultrasound imaging system,the system is tested and analyzed.The results show that the ultrasonic imaging system designed in this thesis has perfect function and good performance.This ultrasound imaging system designed in this thesis can effectively assist the department to manage patient information and department information,improve the management level of ultrasound room.At the same time ultrasonic image segmentation algorithm which is integrated in the system image processing module can assist the thyroid,breast and other diseases diagnosis.
