With the development of global flight industry,research and development of virtual aircraft has been paid much attention by more and more countries.Since seat is an essential part of virtual aircraft,comfortability and robustness of the seat need high-level requirements.Based on assembly geometry of virtual flying dynamic seat and Non-linear Contact Theory,this thesis builds up full structure simulation model of virtual flying dynamic seat,proceeds the full structure instantaneous dynamics analysis of full load of three directions on dynamic seat,predicts the distortion and safety margin of all assembly parts on the seat precisely.Then based on the operating characteristic of acceleration centrifugal machine,a seat robustness testing plan of three directions acceleration with load at same time is brought up,and design and make dummy human body model and corresponding testing holder,complete robustness validation testing of dynamic seat entity,validate not only the rationality of structure design,but also accuracy of full structure simulation analysis.In the end,weight reducing design for key forced components is implemented based on topology optimize method.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Full structure simulation model establishment and analysis of virtual flying dynamic seat:Focus on structure characteristics and forced condition of different components on virtual dynamic seat,use hexahedron and tetrahedron unit to proceed geometry cleaning and precise network dividing for CAD model,based on bilinear plastoelastic material structure and non-linear touch analysis theory,establish virtual flying dynamic seat full structure finite element analysis model,proceed the full structure instantaneous dynamics analysis of full load of three directions on dynamic seat,obtain displacement field of all construct components and distribution of Von mises equivalent effect force field,in the end combine the yielding strength and equivalent effect force extremum of each structure components,calculate out safety parameters for all parts on the seat.Providing science proof and reference for robustness validation and structure optimization research of virtual flying dynamic seat.(2)Research of virtual flying dynamic seat robustness testing:Based on loading requirements to achieve seat loading from X,Y,Z directions at same time by designing holder for large centrifugal machine.Actual assembling holder,seat,dummy person on turning arm centrifugal machine and loading,detect if distortion or damage happened during the testing process by recording 20 strain gauges on key component parts.Comparing testing results and simulation results to check the accuracy of robustness validation and seat design rationality.(3)Reducing weight design of virtual flying dynamic seat:In the end,based on robustness analysis results,proceed topology optimization for assembly parts which have more safety margin and more weight on the seat,select unit,define optimization area,use nodal force from original model to load new model,make sure the loading accuracy during optimization.Then proceed strength analysis validation and CAD design to meet the purpose of seat reducing weight,to complete optimization design step by step.
