This paper focused on the drill mast of hydraulic screw pile drilling rig.Through access to relevant literature at home and abroad,mastered its development.The key parts of the mast are designed and the rigidity,strength and stability of the mast are checked.The static model of the mast is established,and the finite element simulation is used to verify the mechanical properties of the mast under the typical working condition.The mathematic model of the optimization design of the weight of the mast is deduced,and the weight distribution of the mast structure is analyzed by combining the data of the stress distribution in the simulation analysis.(1)This paper summarizes the current research situation of the hydraulic screw pile rig and the mast at home and abroad,and the research status of the optimization design of the mast.The structural characteristics of the whole hydraulic screw pile drilling rig and the mast and the advantages and disadvantages of the different structural schemes of the existing pile mast are analyzed,and it is concluded that structure scheme.Combining with the working characteristics of hydraulic screw pile drilling rig and screw pile construction process.It is analyzed that the force of the screw rig drilling rig in the construction process,and get the stress state in the typical working conditions of the mast.(2)It’s designed that the cross section,locating pin of joint flange,connecting bolt of the mast.The rigidity,strength and stability of the mast are checked and verified.The results show that the mast meets the design requirements.(3)The structural model of the main part of the whole part of the hydraulic screw drilling rig is constructed.The finite element simulation is used to verify the mechanical properties of the mast in the stress state,and the stress and deformation of the mast are obtained.The results show that there are some weaknesses in the structure of the mast,and there are redundant parts,which can be further optimized in the structure of the mast.(4)A mathematical model for deriving the optimization design of mast weight.The steps of topology optimization are developed.Based on the data of the stress distribution in the simulation analysis,the weight of the rig structure is analyzed and the optimization results are obtained.Provide a reference for the design and application of the mast of screw pile drilling rig.
