| To detect whether the axes of two bearing is super-positioned is a very important work in the dynamical mechanism fitting especially for the large-scale, precious equipments whose driven shaft is draught by the driving shaft. If alignment is well performed, it will reduce the lost of equipment, prevent the emergencies and decrease the fixing time. Experience shows that fail to align the axes will cause lost of equipment and even harm the personal security of the operator.Currently, the laser shaft alignment instrument is an ideal aligning detecting instrument, connection between the rotating shaft and it is a subtle and safe semiconductor laser device (LD) as well as a semiconductor position sensitive detector (PSD) with a resolution of 6μm. This paper is achieved based on the development of a laser shaft alignment instrument. It introduces the principle of how the semiconductor generator generates laser, considers the laser cluster as the ideal line to take its geometry symmetry character to study and compare the mathematical model of single cluster and double cluster LD/PSD laser shaft alignment instrument and presents the formula of coordinates in the double cluster LD/PSD laser shaft alignment instrument mathematical model through which the bearing deviation and angle deviation could be acquired. In the real measuring, the two comparative positions can be got only to measure the coordinates of the two spot produced by the double cluster LD/PSD in two angles.The paper also describes the non-linear calibration of PSD, take C204 as an example, it analyzes the principle of PSD and its non-linear reason, range as well as its corresponding comparing and choosing of the calibration method. At last, the C204 is calibrated according to the BP method in the artificial neural network as well as its improved method and a comparative accurate application program of linear calibration is achieved.By comparing different mathematical models, this paper verifies the double laser equipments with two PSD model is the most accurate math model and presents the corresponding formula to it. It also achieves in the non-linear analysis of C204 in order to make it linear. |
