The fire,one of the closely concerned disasters,is a common catastrophic problem that people all around the world have to face in the social life.Its characteristics of random occurrence,precaution of complexity and facilitated diffusion result in serious harm to human beings.Therefore,how to better avoid the emergence of fire events,especially for large-scale fire accident prevention and control,is worth thinking about.Fire Department,as an integral part of the Public Security Bureau,shoulders the mission of fire fighting and rescue,fire supervision,fire control propaganda and provision of services.And fire business is closely related to people's lives,which is strong social and professional.With the rapid development of information technology and network communication technology,informatization of fire control work has become the inevitable trend of social modernization.It not only plays an important role in maintaining social stability and people's interests,but also plays a crucial part in developing the economy and society and constructing harmonious society.Based on the research and analysis of Chengdu Fire Synthesis Information System,this paper considers the actual situation of Chengdu,realizing the Chengdu fire information management system on account of GIS.The system is designed on basis of the unified GIS platform of Chengdu Public Security Bureau,and selects the browser / server(B / S)structure online.It is also programmed with the current mainstream J2 EE.The function of web service authentication,integrative information management,office automation and fire information publicity of fire information management is realized,it improves the problems such as decentralization of fire control storage data,low efficiency and unclear police service in the fire management department.The ability of fire information management is largely enhanced.The system selects stable and advanced platform and structure are stable and reliable,at the same time it has the very strong potential of function expansion and the stronger application value.
