With the rapid development of the construction industry,more and more large and new buildings are sprung up.However,there are certain problems in the fire control management of this kind of buildings-from fire design to daily management,because of the lack of fire control standards for such large buildings.The traditional fire safety management model is nearly unable to meet the current requirements.Therefore,there is still plenty of research space on fire prevention and rescue management of large buildings in China at present.Among them,informationzation is an inevitable trend of fire management,which can play an important role in promoting the level of rescue and command,improving the emergency evacuation capacity,improving and optimizing the fire management model.This paper puts forward the concept of BIM performance-based fire management information system for building engineering,and discusses the specific application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of such buildings.With the core of performance-based design and BIM technology as the platform,using IFC standardization to integrate software such as BIM modeling,fire simulation and evacuation,the fire safety management of all directions and whole processes can be realized to minimize the hidden danger of fire,reduce the difficulty of fire rescue and ensure the safety of personnel.The main research works completed in this paper are as follow:(1)Starting from the characteristics of the fire management of large construction projects in China and the existing problems at the present stage,in view of the current situation of fire safety management of large buildings in China,this paper analyzes the difficulties and difficulties from the angle of technical design and organization and management respectively.The design problems are mainly focused on the large area of fire prevention,the long evacuation distance,the problem of exhaust smoke and the material of the building.The management problems mainly focus on the integrity of the organization structure,the poor coordination,the imperfect emergency plan and the unprofessional and so on.And then,it puts forward the idea of the performance based design and BIM technology,and summarizes the related concepts and research status of the performance-based design and BIM technology.(2)Starting from the advantages and characteristics of BIM technology,this paper probes into the concrete application of BIM technology in fire management of the construction project.It takes BIM technology as the core platform,uses fire simulation and evacuation software comprehensively,and carries out the security management in all directions and all processes,and puts forward the BIM building fire management information system.Then the three main basic theories of the system are introduced in detail,which are performance-based design,fire simulation and IFC standard,and the compatibility between BIM technology and performance-based design and fire simulation software is analyzed,thus providing theoretical support for the feasibility of the system construction,helping to promote the fire information of large construction projects and promoting the implementation of fire management information system for large construction projects.(3)From the angle of the whole life cycle of the building fire control,the work content of the fire management information system is described in different stages,including the BIM modeling stage,the fire simulation stage,the simulation result application stage,the actual rescue stage and the daily maintenance stage.In addition to analyzing and describing the contents of each stage,the application of BIM technology in various stages is also emphasized.(4)the fire scenario design in performance-based design is carried out.In previous studies,researchers often used fire scene design without any design and calculation basis.However,fire scenario design is not only the embodiment of fire performance-based design concept,but also the premise of obtaining initial parameters of fire software simulation.At the same time,although there have been some research on the application of fire simulation software,the input parameters are often given directly,and the source of the parameters is not explained,which these parameters are the key to determine whether the simulation test can reflect the real situation.This research focuses on the analysis of fire scene design in the third chapters of the system,and explains the value and calculation basis of the parameters related to the fire scene,and gives a concrete calculation through the actual cases in fourth chapters,which provides a reference for the fire disaster scene design stage in the performance-based design.(5)Combining with an example of an extension project of an terminal building,a case analysis is made of the application of the fire management information system of BIM construction project in the whole life cycle of the terminal.Through the establishment of BIM model and fire simulation,the fire protection design of the terminal has been perfected,and relevant proposals for the formulation of the rescue plan have been put forward.
