In bridge structures,continuous girder bridge is often used as a common structure form crossing over railway for its characteristics powerful structural stiffness,advanced construction way and attractive appearance.In recent years,China,as a rising star in the field of high-speed rail,has come to a period of rapid development and has achieved the overall leapfrog development for its large volume,transport safely features and because of its higher-speed of the characteristics.What need points out is that the accelerating of the Speed of Railway enhance more stringent requirements for railway safety.However,when the railroad line abutting edge of the city,it crossing the city roads occurs.When the other structure crossed high speed railway,the priority selection scheme is traversing under railway.When the surrounding environmental conditions are not allowed,crossing above railway could be used.The Structure that often be used to cross railway is continuous beam bridge.So,the safety of the bridge structure will directly affect the security of high-speed railway construction,thereby affecting the entire high-speed rail traffic safety systems.Starting from the security point of view,this paper describes the urban bridge structural safety assessment methods across the high speed railway.The main contents are as follows:1,Elaborating Details of the current development of the bridge assessment at home and abroad.2,Giving some introductions about the theory used for Bridge detection and evaluation.For to the common structure of multi span prestressed concrete continuous box girder,this paper Introduces the structure characteristic of this kind of bridge.For the multi span prestressed concrete continuous box girder aboving the railway,this paper gives a more in-depth discussion.At last,The finite element method for calculating used by the work of bridge detection and evaluation are described.3,For bridge detection and evaluation,The main content is on-site test,static load test and dynamic load test.This paper discusses in detail on the three of the above content.4,Based on actual project,this paper elaborates the testing program by static and dynamic test,and analyses the experiment data.At last,according to the test results,the bridge to be inspected is evaluated.
