The avalanche disaster has great influence on human life.Tibet is a high altitude area.There are a lot of avalanche occurred during the spring snowfall.Especially,the number of avalanche distributions in the Panorama of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and the highway is quite high.There are frequent avalanches in the region,and the avalanche will flow into the Parlung Zangbo River in the case of a large number of avalanches.Lake,endanger the safety of the lower reaches of the river basin.In order to reduce the avalanche disaster to the Sichuan-Tibet Highway Paragon possession of the harbor and the hazards brought to the region through the Sichuan-Tibet railway line selection of avalanche disaster risk assessment to provide support,this paper focuses on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway,The distribution mechanism,the distribution characteristics,the movement characteristics and the distance of the avalanche disaster,and the risk assessment and disaster prevention and control measures for the Sichuan-Tibet Railway which received the avalanche disaster in the area.In this paper,we first determine the wet snow avalanche with the largest distribution and the largest number of distributions in the Sichuan-Tibet railway and highway,and then establish the comprehensive research method combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the avalanche problem.Based on the research of avalanche problem by numerical simulation at home and abroad,this paper chooses FLUENT to simulate the avalanche problem.In the avalanche disaster theory research,through the access to domestic information and to the Sichuan-Tibet Railway Parlung Zangbo field investigation concluded:(1)the formation of avalanche is mainly affected by terrain conditions,climatic conditions,snow physical characteristics of the three factors.(2)The avalanche of theParlung Zangbo section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway presents a certain elevation effect,relative elevation effect,and slope effect.In the numerical simulation,due to the study of wet snow avalanche and wet snow flow has a certain fluid properties,can learn from the theory of fluid mechanics to describe its movement point of view,the wet snow flow as Bingham fluid,The left bank K3913 + 280 avalanche point for the prototype model,the use of FLUENT simulation of snow and snow avalanche after the movement of the process and find the farthest distance,a different case of wet snow avalanche flow farthest distance rapid assessment table Which can be used as a rapid assessment method to match the accuracy requirements of the selection phase of the selection process.It provides reference for the selection of the avalanche threat area and the layout of major projects.On the basis of the rapid assessment table,,The calculation of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway Bo Hula Ridge 18KM program "Bakang Nongbu-Ranwu section"may damage the Sichuan-Tibet railway operation of the three wet snow avalanche of the farthest movement distance,hazard assessment found that snow year,3 medium snow avalanche points easily affect the railway operation.In view of the impact of three avalanche points on the railway,this paper from the project control measures and avalanche warning measures put forward some measures to prevent disaster.
