Magnetic drive speed control technology is a new type of electrical transmission technology which has been gradually developed in recent years.The principle of speed regulation is adjust the strength of the induced magnetic intent to regulate the torque.To achieve a new type of torque transmission of the non-rigid connection transmission structure.Compared with the traditional speed control mode,this speed control strategy has advantages of no friction loss,not necessary for precise alignment and so on.But the way of regulate the transmission torque by adjusting the air gap distance is unable to achieve high-precision speed response capability.In this thesis,a hybrid excitation coupler structure is proposed.The structural parameters has been designed.The analytical model is established for the performance verification of the hybrid excitation coupler,the speed control system for hybrid excitation coupler is systematically studied.The structural parameters design of the new type hybrid excitation coupler has been proposed,this structure uses a winding structure instead of conventional conductor disc structure.Design for structural parameters including permanent magnet size determination,material selection,winding design and so on.The equivalent analysis model is established for this structure.Using the separation variable method,the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet and the magnetic field generated by the winding are respectively modeled to determine the magnetic field distribution in different dielectric layers.The accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by comparing the analytical model with the finite element simulation results.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the two-dimensional and three-dimensional fields of the hybrid excitation governor.The simulation analysis of the vector distribution of space magnetic density,electrical density and other parameters is carried out to verify the rationality of structural design.The three-dimensional transient field simulation is carried out for the hybrid excitation governor under different load torque,the running status and parameters of the hybrid excitation governor under different time are obtained.The design of the drive control system for hybrid excitation governor is carried out for the method of electric excitation and permanent magnet superposition.The direct torque control method is combined into the control system of the hybrid excitation governor to form a hybrid excitation speed control system based on the direct torque control method.The system is modeled and parameterized for the proposed control system.Finally,the simulation model is built in Matlab-Simulink environment,and the performance of the control system is simulated and verified.The simulation results show that the control system has the characteristics of fast response and great robustness.
