The 35 kV switchgear is the key equipment in the substation system;its operation quality directly affects the safe and stable operation of power system.Along with the development of the electric equipment manufacturing level,switchgear structure miniaturization and maintenance should be widely used in power system,and the application prospect is good,as the insulation distance narrowed,repeatedly exists condensation in the cabinet to the test of the insulation level severely.Condensation water vapor in the air is saturated,the temperature is relatively low condensation on the objects of a phenomenon.Water droplets in the insulation material surface cover,partial discharge,damage the insulation,long running insulation breakdown failure will happen.In Tianjin area,large temperature difference,low-lying areas humidity is big,severe cases of partial discharge caused by condensation switchgear(22.22%),and finding defects of switchgear operating life of 4.23 years on average,equipment defect appeared very early time,to develop economically viable condensation prevention measures is necessary.In this paper,we study the temperature,humidity and other factors on the switch room and switchgear each compartment condensation effect,and the typical KYN61 type 35 kV switchgear insulation chamber structure as an example,the construction of physical model and control model of the moist air flows through the condensation heat transfer in a compartment for two-dimensional simulation,incase condensation problems to study and governance technology research,and on-site verification.Simulation model of multiple angles,this paper analysed,ventilation,temperature,humidity,ark of wall heat transfer coefficient,the influence of the inner heat source on the condensation effect,and combining the switchgear itself conditions for the prevention and control technology,proposes the installation dehumidifier,heater,wall heating,increased wall thermal insulation layer,prevent condensation technology measures such as forced ventilation,and the effect and control in the process of using the technology are studied in detail.Based on the research of various technique,a comprehensive control measures are put forward,and in the substation switchgear reconstruction project,the application,such as good effect.
