| After more than half a century of research efforts,the extrusion of propellant charge resulting in the bore premature has gradually formed a consensus at home and abroad.The extrusion of propellant increases the burning surface area,which makes gas generation rate and pressure rise.In this paper,the propellant grains were tested for describing the crashing ratio of the fracture propellants.The equivalent shape functions are derived by the established method.The launch safety of a big caliber gun is researched by numerical simulation and experiments.The main contents of this article are as follows:1.The dynamic compression fracture experiment was done to obtain the fractured propellant charge.The initial dynamic vivacity ratio which can characterize the fractured propellant is also acquired by the closed bomb test.2.The study provide a new method for the dynamics of the two-phase flow in interior ballistic,which can determine the equivalent shape functions.And the equivalent shape functions of fractured propellant charge can be verified by the experiments3.The two-phase-flow models of a big caliber gun is established by using the dynamics method of two-phase flow interior ballistic considering propellant grains fracture and the equivalent shape functions of the fractured propellants charge.Analyzing its performance under different conditions,and providing the optimization recommendation. |
