The explosive charge is the core components of weapon warhead, and it is the final embodiment of weapons and mutilates effectiveness. For large diameter howitzers with high pressure, the explosive charge experience high overload, high stress, high strain in the process of launch, and the launch environment is bad. For artillery ammunition weapon with long-range and big power in modern war,making the launch environment of explosive charge worse than early munitions, the launch safety assessment and testing of explosive charge in the high pressure bore has become the key technology and difficulties of Artillery ammunition weapons development at home and abroad, accurately reproduce the complex environment of explosive charge dynamics process and the law has become the bottleneck of assessment and testing the launch safety of explosive charge, and it is key to ensure the high explosive used in engineer in our country.This paper is based on the background of some defense major projects, Aimed at restricting the explosive charge launch safety assessment and testing of dynamic rules in complex launch environment, the simulation and experimental of launch safety of explosive charge in complex launch environment is carried out. The numerical simulation system of the explosive charge in complex environment is established based on launch dynamic theory, and the explosive charge complex environment is simulated.The dynamics model and dynamic equation of high power explosive charge launch safety in complex launch environment is established, the dynamic response of high power explosive charge in complex environment is simulated using AUTODYN.The testing of launch safety of explosive charge in longitudinal launch environment is maked with the launch safety testing device of longitudinal overload explosive charge, and get the curve of the bottom stress of the explosive charge in longitudinal launch environment.The testing of launch safety of explosive charge in longitudinal and rotating launch environment is maked with the launch safety testing device of longitudinal and rotating overload explosive charge, and get the curve of the bottom stress of the explosive charge in longitudinal and rotating launch environmentThe research in this paper will provide some guidance to the assessment and testing of the launch safety of explosive charge in complex launch environment.
