CAE technology has been widely used in the design and development of industrial products.However,most of CAE software are very complex for engineer to use.In order to solve the problems that ANSYS is a universal and not professional software and the operation is complex,a parametric analysis system embedded in the ANSYS interface is developed.The analysis system is completed using the APDL language of ANSYS and C# programming language.By embedding the interface of ANSYS into the main interface of analysis system,users can directly view the finite element analysis process,and the analysis system can reduce a mass of repetitive operations of ANSYS by APDL language and parametric designing.A new type of spring stator ultrasonic motor is proposed,and the basic structure and driving mode of the spring stator ultrasonic motor are designed.In order to simplify the finite element analysis process of ultrasonic motor,the analysis system is applied to analyzing the spring stator of the ultrasonic motors.The dynamic analysis of ultrasonic motors such as modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient analysis can be completed in the system.Entirely parameterization in the whole process of ultrasonic motor dynamic analysis is achieved;the finite element analysis process of ultrasonic motor is standardized;therefore,the efficiency of ultrasonic motor finite element analysis is enhanced greatly.The system provides a platform for the spring stator ultrasonic motor to be researched efficiently.
