With the development of industrialization,the scaling phenomenon of the pipeline junction has been a major problem of using cycle effect of pipeline capacity,research a convenient cleaning method is suitable for complex pipeline system,is of great significance.In this thesis,single and double bending cavitation jet cleaners was taken as the research object,the process of cavitation cleaning research was studied by a combination of the theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and experimental study,analyzed the cleaning mechanism of the cleaner,optimized the structure parameters and the model of cavitation cleaner,directed cleaning operation in practical engineering by a test bench and checks cavitation bubble collapse strength.Single and double bending washers was conducted by numerical simulation of flow field and parameter optimization of orthogonal test.Analysis of single bending cleaners flow field distribution of velocity,pressure and gas content,the single bending washers results show that the influence of blade number on cavitation was maximal,followed by the thickness of the blade,angle of minimal impact,and the double bending cleaners results show that the influence of lower bending angle on cavitation was the largest,followed by the height ratio of upper and lower blade,blade number of minimum.The cavitation distance was to study cleaning effect and cleaning mechanism as optimization object.The results of orthogonal test of single and double bending washers show that too.The length of cavitation is respectively increased by about 163%and 180%by optimization,Cavitation length of double bending washers is 67%higher than single bending washers.The experimental device for cavitation jet cleaning was completed,the cavitation intensity was measured by high speed camera,methylene blue spectrophotometer and stress strain method.The experimental results show that the camera method observed that double bending washer cavitation effect was better than single bending washer.Compared with single bending washer,the double bending cleaner consumption of methylene blue is more 14%than single at the same time,it verifies that the double bending washers have better effect of cavitation indirectly.The strain test results show that the strain value in the washer cavitation position is the largest,which also proves cavitation in the vicinity of the location and the cavitation bubble collapse.The higher the inlet pressure is,the more obvious the cavitation phenomenon is,the higher the strain value is.
