| Pipeline transportation is closely related to people’s production and life,so the phenomenon of pipeline scaling is widespread.The pipeline after scaling affects the flow capacity and cleanliness of the internal fluid.How to remove fouling in pipeline has always been a problem that must be considered in pipeline transportation.It is also a long-term research topic in pipeline research.By reading the literature,it is found that gas water pulse technology has many advantages in cleaning pipeline fouling,such as no pollution,easy operation and good effect.Because this method is not mature at present,it has not been widely applied.In this paper,four basic working mechanisms in the gas water pulse technology are summarized,and the influence of the theory of "gas-liquid two phase flow" on the cleaning effect of pipe fouling is emphatically studied.In this paper,by means of numerical simulation,the characteristics of the gas water pulse technology cleaning pipeline are revealed,and the two factors affecting the cleaning pipe of the technology,the gas supply pressure and the gas supply frequency,are obtained.Under the condition of the other conditions,the greater the pressure of the air supply to the pipe,the stronger the cleaning effect for the inner wall of the pipe,and the change of the frequency of the gas into the pipe under the condition of the gas supply pressure and other conditions,then the cleaning effect of the inner wall of the pipe is also different.In this paper,we use the small diameter structure of the household pipe,build the physical model by Solidworks three-dimensional software,combine the working mechanism of gas and water pulse technology and the CFD simulation software,select the multiphase flow model.The related boundary conditions and the wall features of the pipeline are set up in the operating environment,and the simulation monitor is set up to timing the fluid in the pipeline..The parameters of the gas supply pressure and the gas supply frequency for cleaning the household pipeline are obtained.According to the parameters of the numerical simulation,the cleaning controller is designed and made,including the hardware part of the controller,such as the circuit board,the controller appearance and the pneumatic circuit design,as well as the software part of the cleaning controller,such as the design of the interface based on the HMI software and the programming of the STM32 microcontroller based on the C language.Finally,the function and performance of the cleaning controller are tested by using the pressure meter and other instruments,and the parameters of the household pipe cleaning are further modified according to the actual test conditions.It is verified that the designed cleaning controller can effectively remove dirt in the pipeline.Through this paper,it can make the cleaning technology of gas water pulse pipeline more perfect,the setting of the pipe cleaning parameters more reasonable.The designed cleaning device can solve the problem of scaling in the home pipeline economically and efficiently,and it can be popularized and applied in the market.Through this research,it can make the cleaning technology of gas water pulse pipeline better,the setting of the pipe cleaning parameters is more reasonable.The designed cleaning device can solve the problem of scaling in the home pipeline economically and efficiently,and it can be popularized and applied in the market. |
