Rock rupture is the root of all geological behavior,such as earthquakes when the earth changes,mine water inrush,landslides,etc.After understanding the mechanism of rock failure,we can effectively predict these geological disasters and for the study of shale oil,shale gas and other energy extraction.However,the deep formation of people can't enter and the use of rock mechanics test machine simulation of underground environment for experimental research is the only feasible means.The existing rock mechanics testing machine can only load and obtain the macroscopic mechanical properties such as rock stress-strain,and can't observe the occurrence and development of internal cracks and the migration of water vapor in the gap.The stiffness of the testing machine is not enough.At the same time as the rock is loaded,the test machine is elastically deformed.When the rupture occurs,even if the actuator stops loading,the elastic load is applied to the rock,causing the experiment to fail.In this paper,the design of rotatable rock mechanics testing machine used with Electron Accelerator CT and Computer Image Reconstruction Techniques can obtain the microscopic features of rock in the simulation of underground environment about the development of cracks and the development trend.The rotary rock mechanics testing machine is designed with the factors of precision rotation mode,loading frequency response and easy penetration of ray,and the influence of the rigidity of the testing machine system is studied emphatically.The feasibility of the rotation mode,the driving mode and the anti-force frame support technology is discussed.The factors influencing the rigidity of rock mechanics testing machine are analyzed emphatically,and the countermeasures are put forward for the design of targeted rotating structure and high stiffness structure,while building 3D models of different frame structure and conducting relevant ANSYS simulation.At last,choose the best plan.The paper has completed the following main work:In order to achieve precise rotation control,the innovative is the realization of the whole machine rotation program and the wall of the pressure chamber as part of the test machine reaction frame;To achieve the metal liner and carbon fiber composite material manufacturing test machine pressure chamber,improve the rigidity of the testing machine to ensure the feasibility of the whole program rotation.Analyze the influence of the stiffness of the testing machine on the hydraulic loading system.To verify the feasibility of the scheme design,model of rotatable rock mechanics testing machine has been developed after assembly and debugging,which can implement rotation of triaxial pressure chamber,axial loading,confined pressure.The experiments show that the schemes of rotatable rock mechanics testing machine is feasible.The rigidity test of the rock testing machine system was carried out and verified.In the end,the development of high rigidity rotary rock mechanics experiment machine was completed.
