The rotating rock pressure tester is the indispensable laboratory equipment for geology research institute and geology school.The physical coupling characteristics,such as pressure of deep rock and gas-liquid seepage can be collected by the Rotating rock pressure tester,however,the failure of the rock during the black box process is not clearly see,and the CT test machine through the three-dimensional reconstruction technology can reflect the characteristics of rock rupture and the law is very good,for geologists to collect data to provide a theoretical basis.In this paper.the Rotating rock pressure tester for the first time put forward a A/D converter.LVDT displacement sensor,220V power supply.EDC,MOOG valve signal line,gas road.liquid pipeline,such as multiple parameters in the rotation process of the integration of the transfer to the pressure chamber.Then,through the Simulink cross coupling control algorithm to control the synchronous rotation of the upper and low er servo motor,through the conventional PID and fuzzy PID simulation contrast curve.througth the simulation results analysis to obtain the optimal synchronization control method,to ensure the electrical,hydraulic and other parameters of the safe transmission.In order to make the pressure chamber of the rotary tester simulate the gas-liquid seepage state of rock in the real natural environment,it is necessary to ensure the continuous supply of liquid in the pressure chamber.In order to meet this requirement,the paper designed a set of parallel plunger pump,that is.through two parallel plunger pump in the process of mutual coordination and compensation.so that the system can not only automatically run the supply of liquid,but also can make the liquid with constant flow of stable output.Since the main research in this paper is the motor control in the testing machine,the motor is nathematically modeled by using the method of coordinate transformation by comparing the motor with the final choice of permanent magnet synchronous motor.The application technology of SVPWM in motor is mainly to control the space vector of instantaneous voltage change,the main modules mainly include voltage vector action module,Sector selection module and switching time calculation,etc.In order to analyze the synchronous problem of the motor more intuitively,a SVPW simulation diagram is built on the Simulink interface,which provides theoretical support for the synchronous control of the double motors in the test machine.
