With China's policy of Reform and Opening launched in 1980s,lots of houses and commercial buildings were constructed tremendously.In recent years,these houses and buildings are close to the end of service period,so the stability and safety are much easier to change which increases the security risks and threatens people's lives.In this way,the constructions' safety monitoring has become an important task in the daily maintenance work.Traditionally,we leverage the manual efforts to do the monitoring through inspecting the constructions once in a while.However,while this method has its own advantages like the lower cost,it also leads to a lot of problems.For example,inspectors' personal subjective would influence the principles which may result into the inaccurate data.This method would also need long inspection cycle and long response time.In addition,the various types and widely distributed locations of constructions take high labor costs and bring difficulties of monitoring.Meanwhile,the existed variety of monitoring requirements and high risk of inspections also call for the actions to upgrade the monitoring disciplines.Therefore,how to monitor the buildings in a better way is an urgent task to be solved at present.Firstly,in order to solve the above problems,author analyzes the present situation of the management methods of the construction monitoring industry.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the Internet of Things for constructions,the construction safety monitoring management model was studied based on the principle of configurability and generality.And author focuses more on the design and implementation the model's construction safety monitoring platform.Thirdly,the platform consists of fundamental data/hardware management/network communication and data analysis,total four modules.It supports multi-building and multi-sensor management and configuration,provides customized monitoring solution to help manage different physical objects and meets the diversified monitoring requirements of the users.It serves as the basis of on-line monitoring and alarming management for the constructions' safety.Lastly,this platform can also effectively solve the problem of information islands and strong coupling between the original monitoring systems.The problems which the construction safety management is faced with have been analyzed in the first chapter and lead to the significance and content of the research.The second chapter studies the construction safety monitoring and management solution,puts forward the overall design of the monitoring platform;The third chapter studies the key technologies needed to monitor the platform,including monitoring the sensor network system,monitoring the data processing technology and monitoring platform configuration technology;The fourth chapter further elaborates the realization process of data acquisition and communication interaction and configuration management function.The fifth chapter introduces the operation example of building safety monitoring platform.Regarding commonality,the construction safety monitoring management solutions and monitoring platform were researched.With the physical layer access management to meet the monitoring requirements and the configuration management to meet the diverse requirements,the platform is expected to reduce the cost of social security governance.
