| The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources can bring considerable economic benefits,promote the progress and development of human society,but also to the ecological environment of mines and the surrounding the enormous damage,when the mine resources gradually dried up,they formed a mining,mining wasteland is a waste of resources,but also restricts the development of social economy mining area,the mining wastelands regeneration and reuse is particularly important and imminent.Our country started relatively in the mining wastelands restoration and construction of the mine park late,until now still in the exploration period,in the process of the construction of the mine park construction,research on mining wasteland ecological restoration,recycling,sustainable development and the construction of the landscape is still relatively lags behind,the lack of high practical guidance.This article first conducts the research to the mining wastelands restoration and mining park planning and design,summarizes the related concepts,characteristics,influence of mining wasteland and repairing measures.Secondly,combined with the geographical,cultural,ecological conditions of the region characteristic of mining wasteland,in-depth analysis and research,summed up the content and principles of mine park planning and design.Then,select the representative domestic and foreign mine park:five cases such as the Eden Project in Cornwall,Canada Vitoria Butchart Gardens,Shanghai Chenshan botanical garden mine garden,the Rizhao Yinhe Park,the Nanjing Yeshan National Mining Park,carries on the analysis comparison,to learn from the planning and design method of mine park.Empirical study of Yixing Jinyunzhuang mining Park as an example,based on the location analysis,market analysis,on the analysis of the present situation,put forward the overall planning of Yixing Jinyunzhuang mining Park,and put forward the content of the project construction,investment estimate and benefit analysis,planning and implementation of policy,capital,technology and other security measures,in order to reflect the value of the regeneration of abandoned mines,and seek the unity of economic benefits,social,the environment of mine park construction methods,to provide reference and inspiration for the practice of the construction of the mine park. |
