With the development and popularization of Internet technology,the business model has been greatly affected.The definition of commodity and business format is also changing,the traditional business model in the construction of the new situation of the commercial development which need a corresponding change.Based on the continuous development of the Internet technology business shopping and business model,the traditional entity business gradually implement with experience,theme and other aspects of the development which lead to the emerged of experience of commercial space.With the rapid development of urbanization,it is vital to consider how to design the experience commercial district.In this dissertation,the experience of the commercial district in Chengdu is setting as the research object,through the SD method and eye movement experiments to experience the commercial space of the macro space and micro space elements.This paper attempts to analyze the complex and fuzzy spatial elements of the building.In addition,this research investigate through the visual perception with the introduction of eye movement technology and architectural space design.Intend to analyze the spirit of a place with new technology.Quantitative analysis was conducted from the space environment perception through SD method which concluded with four spatial types: Coordinated and connected space,lively space,pleasant and relaxing space and Opened fashion space.Furthermore,summarizes the eight main elements of space: historical buildings,commercial advertising,water & plants,general text,perspective focus,building entrance,sculpture and recreation place.Based on the visual preference of various spatial elements as the basis and reference.This research identify three different types of influential factors which including pixels,RGB and elements position in the figure.Through the correlation analysis,pixels has been emphasis as the critical influence on the total fixation duration.In addition,factors analysis has been conducted base on pixels and total fixation duration to illustrate the index of visual preference of spatial elements.The score shows the historical buildings and water & plants have the noticeable high attractiveness which score 1.46 and 0.59 respect.By contrast,the general text has the lowest score which is-0.76.Furthermore,through the multiple regression conducted the verification which emphasis the predicted statistics generally match the original.The visual preference of historical building and water & plants has been verified through this research.Moreover,evidence shows that historical building can activate the public commercial space while water & plants can improve the space quality.Through the comprehensive analysis on the relationship between visual behavior and spatial elements,spatial feeling and visual preference can be recognized both effected by the experience of commercial and spatial forms.On the one hand,experience is vital for modern commercial development,which presented as activities,metaphorical of path and multi-function.On the other hand,the crucial impact of spatial forms has illustrated via various street plan,enclose of historical building,display of commercial fa?ade and the penetration and emerge of street space.Furthermore,eye-tracking experiment has been verified as a feasible method for research related to post occupancy evaluation of building environment.Additionally,this research provide considerable investigation on research method.
